New Wineries & Wine Tasting In Temecula Valley De Portola Estate Winery features a winery, restaurant and tasting room with a view. The winery is named after the Spanish explorer Gaspar De Portola and the restaurant is called Gaspar’s. Winemaker Paul Warson previously was making wine in Napa then Santa Ynez Valley.
