The bad news is that many potential customers may not be able to take advantage of it. Here’s why that is the case. The ruling by California Gov. Gavin Newsom to suspend the stay-home orders which pretty much shut down nearly every restaurant in the city, returns San Diego to its purple tier status. And that allows only for outdoor dining. With limited outdoor space and no indoor seating, that means that getting a table is going to be at a premium for people.
